Scope: Unison Built were engaged to complete a new high-end residential build at the Chalet Apartments Mount Buller. The works involved demolition of existing dwelling, core drilling the existing concrete structure to run new building services between apartment levels. New build works involved the installation of new windows and doors to the building, installation of internal insulated panels to drive internal energy efficiency, new bathrooms and high end fit out of bedrooms, living areas and kitchen. The works were completed within a strict timetable and delivered prior to ski season opening.
