Scope: Unison Built were engaged with transforming a heritage-style single-storey dwelling at 323 High Street into a healthcare facility. The project involves renovating and extending the existing structure to include six specialist consulting suites, a treatment and meeting room, with central car parking and landscaping. This development is specifically designed for medical practitioners and surgeons, combining heritage preservation with modern medical facility needs.
