Scope: Unison Built were engaged to complete the refurbishment of an existing gym to commercial offices. We converted the building over two levels (800sqm) into commercial offices. The refurbishment and CAPEX works included the strip-out of existing gym, adding a new boardroom, offices, 700sqm of new polished concrete flooring, and mechanical services The project was to be completed within a strict 12-week timeframe to allow the building owner to list the property to the commercial leasing market.
