Scope: Unison Built were engaged by Monash Health to complete building works related to the upgrading of the existing emergency generators at Dandenong Hospital. Characterized by methodical planning, our approach ensured minimal disruption to the hospital’s daily operations. The project included complex live environment works, critical services temporary shutdowns, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
